Meal Plan For Weight Loss that you have to follow for a month.
Day 1:
Early
Morning: Start your day with lemon water
or cucumber detox water.
Breakfast: Oats
porridge in skimmed milk.
Lunch: Plate
full of salad, dal, vegetable and 1 roti.
Evening
Snack: Tea with less sugar.
Dinner: Dal,
sabzi, salad and roti
OR
In case you love non-veg then you
can go for chicken stir-fry with brown rice.
Day 2:
Early
Morning: Start your day with lemon water
or cucumber detox water.
Breakfast: Mixed
vegetable stuffed roti with curd.
OR
2 boiled eggs with 2 pieces
of brown bread.
Lunch: Plate
full of salad, lentil soup with methi rice.
Evening
Snack: Apple or blueberries.
Dinner: Sauteed
vegetables with paneer and 1 roti.
